Community Group had a few challenges when managing data and analytical efficiency in their organization. One of their goals was to accomplish a simplistic way they can assist their clients and collect the information necessary to facilitate the process and analytical reporting on their progress to achieve their client intake.
We focused on building a fully custom UI/UX structure in the front-end, and back-end enabling both users and administrators to facilitate and complete the intake forms received to Community Group. The result increased productivity and management of intakes that enhanced the organization’s ability to process intakes in a more sophisticated and simplistic manner, allowing them to keep progress and track of all clients’ intake.
